Welcome to The Harrison Modern. Apartment 1117 is our pride and joy. The most amazing feature of this apartment is it’s 300sf deck/out door living area which is West facing to take advantage of all the afternoon sun. This apartment had been meticulously up dated with a chef’s kitchen and wonderful tiled bathroom.

Located in the heart of beautiful Capitol Hill, two blocks to the Broadway shopping area and a short 15- 20 minute walk to downtown Seattle. The location is perfect!!

This apartment is furnished in a contemporary style with a South Pacific theme. As you will see by the photos the unit is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home; Central heating, Washer and Dryer (shared), 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD library, Hair dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, etc. FREE wireless high speed internet is provided – please bring your own computer with wireless card!!.
